What you'll be doing:

As our Cloud Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering responsive, high-quality support. You’ll take ownership of service desk tickets from end to end — logging, tracking and resolving issues, and escalating where needed to ensure a seamless service experience.


In addition, you will:

  • Monitor and respond to security and backup alerts to maintain system integrity
  • Assess and triage incoming tickets, prioritising incidents for efficient resolution
  • Spot recurring issues and proactively highlight trends for further investigation
  • Carry out routine, low-risk changes to support and improve customer environments
  • Collaborate with the team, contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and a focus on service excellence

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Based in or near London/Swindon (or happy to commute occasionally)
  • Experienced with Microsoft 365, with working knowledge of Azure and Intune
  • Confident supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Background in customer support or service desk roles
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with ITSM tools and keen to expand your technical skillset
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-900) would be a bonus
