Azure Consultant

Join Atech as an Azure Consultant and play a key role in shaping our customers’ cloud transformation journeys. You’ll lead engagements from discovery through to deployment, designing and delivering best-practice Microsoft Azure solutions while seamlessly onboarding clients into our Managed Services.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll blend technical expertise with strong customer engagement—helping organisations modernise, optimise, and unlock the full value of the cloud.

You’ll assess existing environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and design modern, scalable solutions across services such as VMs, App Services, Azure SQL, and Networking. Using Infrastructure as Code and a strong focus on cost optimisation, you’ll guide customers with clarity and confidence at every stage of their journey.

Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement, share best practices, and bring fresh thinking and innovation to every project you touch.

• Have experience working within an Azure or similar Cloud Team
• Can demonstrate 8 years + experience in IT with a strong focus on Microsoft Cloud in particular Microsoft Azure projects. Such as Landing Zone and AVD design and deployments
• Have experience leading and delivering customer workshops/engagements 
• Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Are well versed in managing infrastructure life cycles using IaC (Terraform)
• Have experience writing robust, reusable TF modules
• Have a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps pipelines/GitHub Actions)
• Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of DevOps practices
