What you'll be doing:

At Iomart Group, we deliver secure cloud, cyber security and managed services solutions that help organisations transform and scale. As part of our sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across our customer base-combining technical insight with a relationship-led approach to become a true trusted partner.

 

This is a role suited to someone who enjoys being out with customers, building relationships face-to-face, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities to add real value. You’ll bring experience across technologies such as VMware, private cloud, Microsoft, and cyber security, and be comfortable operating in enterprise environments with large, complex deals.

 

Focusing on our top 250 accounts, you’ll identify growth opportunities, strengthen relationships, and drive incremental revenue across both existing and new customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and unlocking potential within key accounts, building strong relationships to establish trusted partner status
  • Driving incremental business growth across existing and new logo customers
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, proactively identifying revenue and margin opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through the promotion of iomart’s cloud, cyber security, and managed services portfolio
  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts, recommending best-fit solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders, from C-suite through to IT leadership, maintaining visibility of upcoming projects and
  • priorities
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives to provide tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborating with technical and support teams to create accurate, compelling proposals
  • Preparing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value and differentiation

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Bring a proven track record (5+ years) in IT Services, ideally across Cloud, Cyber Security, and Managed Services
  • Have a strong track record of successfully selling cloud solutions (Private, Public, Hybrid, or Multi-Cloud)
  • Take a consultative, customer-first approach, with a consistent history of exceeding sales targets
  • Possess broad IT services knowledge, enabling you to identify and drive growth across both existing and new customers
  • Are confident in your ability to engage, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong listening, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Are highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple opportunities effectively
  • Are self-motivated, driven, and results-focused, while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team
  • Are ideally based near Glasgow, Manchester or London.

What's in it for me?

 Salary DOE + uncapped commission (OTE roughly £150,000)
