Microsoft AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our team, specialising in Microsoft-based AI engagements with Atech Cloud’s diverse customer base. This is more than a technical role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of AI for customers, collaborating across disciplines and contributing to Atech’s strategic roadmap as the practice matures.

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. This will involve solution design and delivery, technical implementation, security and governance, consulting and value realisation, and contributing to practice and intellectual property development.

• Have proven development experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry
• Are technical proficient in API integration using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Have excellent security knowledge including Entra ID, Purview, and responsible AI principles.
• Can demonstrate consulting skills involve workshop facilitation, requirement gathering, and communicating AI value.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, security credentials, and AI engineering tracks.
• Have a growth mindset with a keen interest in Microsoft's ongoing innovation in AI
• Can demonstrate experience working in a similar role with extensive customer facing and stakeholder management experience
