What you'll be doing:

As a Cyber Security Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the sustainable growth of our Cyber Security business. You will work alongside customers to understand their security challenges, provide informed guidance, and support them through considered decision‑making processes.

 

You will use your Cyber Security domain knowledge, commercial awareness, and consultative sales approach to position our solutions as trusted, outcomes‑focused recommendations. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to support the continued development of our Cyber Security portfolio and go‑to‑market approach.

 

In addition you will:

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities through research, professional networks, referrals, partner engagement, and thoughtful outbound activity
  • Work with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical, risk, and business requirements
  • Develop and progress opportunities through the full end‑to‑end sales life-cycle, working closely with technical specialists and delivery teams
  • Engage effectively with decision‑makers and influencer's across customer organisations, including both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Present the value and benefits of the Group’s Cyber Security services and solutions in a clear, structured, and relevant way
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for customers within your portfolio, ensuring clarity, trust, and continuity throughout the engagement
  • Support customers with clear explanations of both technical and commercial considerations, adapting your communication style to different audiences
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting to support business planning

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in a Cyber Security, IT services, or technology‑led solution sales role, ideally involving new business development
  • Are comfortable working in a consultative, solution‑focused sales environment
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of solution selling methodologies and structured sales processes
  • Enjoy translating complex technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes for customers
  • Are a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Take an organised, detail‑focused approach to managing opportunities and customer relationships
  • Bring a positive, proactive mindset and a genuine interest in learning and development

  • Maintain a strong customer‑centric mindset, particularly in sensitive Cyber Security discussions

  • Progression and conversion of quality sales opportunities aligned to customer value and business objectives
  • Accurate and consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and administration
  • Positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribution to the ongoing development of the Cyber Security practice and portfolio
  • Demonstration of company values, inclusive behaviours, and professional standards
