As a Senior Cloud Technician (L2), you'll be the first point of contact for technical support within our managed services team, handling second-line support tickets and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You'll work across Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to automation and process improvements.
You'll collaborate with team leads and engineers to refine workflows, mentor junior staff, and support critical tooling. Your role will be key in driving technical excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to a high-performing technical services team.
