As our Account Manager you’ll be responsible for identifying potential in the customer base and establish a strong working relationship with your customers to create a ‘Trusted Partner Status’.
By developing such relationships, you will understand their business intimately and be able to use this knowledge to identify and secure additional revenue streams by providing best-fit solutions for the customer.
You’ll seek to know all of the customers’ key decision makers, from C-Level to IT Management, and have full knowledge of upcoming requirements and projects.
You'll be supported by a team of expert solutions architects who you will engage to discuss and build technical quotes your customers, but your main focus will be on the pro-active identification, development and maintenance of key customer relationships.
Salary: £Competitive package + commission
