Data Centre Engineer

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Our Manchester Data Centre campus needs engineers who can work with a variety of technologies and software.  You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by assisting them with any issues they encounter.

You'll manage on-the-ground operations to keep customer platforms running smoothly and efficiently. Each day is different, making the role both dynamic and fulfilling

• Have hardware experience, including Cisco networking gear (whether it’s personal or enterprise level, if you've been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family, we want to hear from you).
• Have experience or knowledge of OS installation.
• Have a strong understanding of customer service.
• Are able to work on a shift basis, as we provide support to our customers 24/7

Salary: up to £27k DOE + Benefits
