What you'll be doing:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Domain specialist to join our Easyspace Domain Team.

 

You'll support both commercial customers and resellers, ensuring domain registrations, transfers, and billing run smoothly.  You’ll be handling customer queries across helpdesk, live chat, and email, administering domain records and billing, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a first-class customer experience.

 

If you’re customer-focused, great with detail, and confident juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Have great knowledge of domain names and registries
  • Are an excellent communicator with previous customer service experience
  • Are confident using CRM and billing platforms
  • Have a calm, problem-solving mindset
