What you'll be doing:

We are on the look-out for a Billing Administrator to join our team for a maternity cover in Glasgow.

 

Working in partnership with a variety of departments throughout the business, our Billing Team are responsible for processing customer billing on the CRM and managing correspondence to the Billing Team.

 

It's a fast paced administration role and daily duties can include anything from processing and applying contracts through our in-house CRM system to creating and monitoring tickets in our helpdesk system, ensuring that customer billing is accurate.  You'll liaise with our Sales, Technical and Finance teams to clarify customer billing requirements.

  • Have excellent administration experience
  • Have experience working with internal stakeholders in a commercial environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Are self-motivated with a drive to learn, and a 'can do' attitude
