Modern Work Product Manager

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Modern Work Product Manager to lead the charge in developing, marketing, and refining our modern work solutions.

• Work with the development team to design and improve M365 and AI features and services
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful launch and positioning of M365 and AI products
• Lead market research to identify customer needs and market trends 
• Develop clear and compelling service documentation and sales enablement collateral
• Engage with customers, partners and vendors to continuously improve our offerings
• Ensure our products remain compliant, competitive, and customer-centric

• Have proven experience in product management, ideally within cloud service and modern work environments
• Have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI technologies
• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Are experienced with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
