What you'll be doing:

As our Account Manager -  Desk Based Sales you'll identify potential in the customer base and establish a strong working relationship with your customers to create a ‘Trusted Partner Status’.  In addition, you'll also;

  • Pro-actively contact clients regularly to identify their business challenges and propose appropriate solutions to add value to their business
  • Daily Account Management of a dedicated set of existing iomart clients within the customer base
  • Build rapport with clients and action requests in a timely manner to ensure a positive client experience
  • Identify whitespace and up-sell opportunities within your accounts to grow revenue and engage pre sales specialists where appropriate

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Are educated to degree level in a business related discipline or have equivalent experience
  • Can demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Have experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in managing multiple accounts with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
