As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the development of our Product Marketing strategy and the delivery of required go-to- market content to support sales enablement and market awareness / education for both new product launches and promotion campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Product Management you’ll also work closely with product manager owners across our specific product portfolios, as well as in partnership with the group marketing team and sales functions.

The role will require strong market, competitor, and voice of the customer research skills. This includes experience in working with channel partners and vendors to enhance the knowledge and promotion of our services.

• Are a Senior Marketing Professional with experience in a similar role,  specifically in the technology industry with knowledge of ITSM, CSP, MSP product marketing.
• Have experience specifically in technical product marketing both in B2B, B2B2B and B2C environment
• Have a good knowledge of the IT industry and experience in developing compelling customer propositions for managed services
• Are ideally degree level educated in marketing, and/or experience with education in product marketing
• Desirable - experience in hybrid cloud, data security and cyber security
