What you'll be doing:

As our Data Protection Product Manager, you’ll own the strategic direction and portfolio management of our data management and protection products across iomart Group.

 

You'll have responsibility for leading our managed services and solutions across data back-up, cloud back-up, application and objection storage, disaster recovery and cyber resilient data protection products. Working closely with our technology teams and vendors such as Dell, Cohesity, Commvault, Zerto, Asigra and others.

 

You’ll manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, improvement and ultimately retirement, working collaboratively across a number of teams to successfully deliver a profitable and growing portfolio of solutions.

 

You’ll be responsible for the continual development of our product roadmap. Including the analysis of product performance in terms of market fit, customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term growth, ensuring products are designed and integrated so that we can sell and scale efficiently with repeatable customer service excellence.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Are an experienced Product Manager with good technical understand as well as a strong commercial acumen to manage product P&Ls.
  • Have a strong domain knowledge of data protection such as data back-up solutions, disaster recovery & restore, cloud to cloud back-ups etc.  With experience in data management.
  • Can demonstrate experience working specifically in a data management or security services environment.
  • Are educated in Product Management or Design discipline, along with Project Management training.
  • Have a keen interest in the data regulation landscape and impact on customer needs.
  • Desirable  -  Technical certifications in data management and security (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)).
